Ok...I try my hardest not to ask stupid questions, but I have read through some threads and still can't find my answer. I have tried it with both USCC and Verizon branded v3c's to get it to communicate with BitPim with no luck. The phone charges fine via the usb cable and shows up in the Com Settings as "Motorola USB Modem". When I try to send or recv info between the phone I get an error message "The phone is not responding while manipulating the filesystem." I have tried reinstalling the drivers and software to no avail. Any help in the right direction would be great. Tried BitPim v8 and v9, got the driver from http://forum.osnn.net/showthread.php?t=80317. Please help.

im just hacing problems add wallpaper and ringtones on the v3c with bitpim..any help/ ill get some popup saying it cant be done..

I'd just like to say thanks, and let everyone know that that tool also gets the e815 working. I was having a hard time, getting the same errot message, getting very frustrated, but now all seems to be well. Thanks!
