Is there away to erase all contacts and pics ?

I just got a new phone and i am giving this one away, is there any way to erase ALL the contacts and pics with out doing it one by one the phone is a audiovox 9810 flasher

Not for sure on the 9810 (maybe you mean 8910) but for most audiovox/utstarcom phones its Menu>Settings>Security>Erase All and Menu>Settings>Security>Reset Phone. The default security code is 0000 or could be the last four digits of the cell phone number that was last programmed on it.
