SE Z520a vs. Moto RAZR vs. Moto SLVR

I'm looking at these three phones with Cingular in California (from as far south as Fresno to as far north as Davis, but mostly in the SF Bay Area). I was leaning no SLVR because of the price, but I can get it refurbished at a very good price. So I am very very torn. Selling my current phone will pay for more than the Z520a, and most of both the SLVR and RAZR (and with the SLVR, I can sell my iPod Shuffle, making it free as well).

So... I have a basic familiarity with all of these models. All are supported by iSync, and all look like nice phones. I've worked with Sony-Ericsson only for awhile, but the Moto UI can't be too bad, can it?

So... opinions on these three?

Alas, I don't think I can use them. Moving from AT&T account with Cingular to a regular Cingular plan. Thanks though.

Can't help much...but as far as the Motorola UI goes...not intuitive at all.

However, after a bit, one gets use to it and it works as well as any (I think). It is just the learning curve that sucks.
