I need (want) a phone with wifi, bluetooth ofcourse, a 1.2+mp camera, some kind of memory slot preferably sd, A2DP stereo bluetooth support, a good size screen 320x320 or close to. The N80 would be perfect but it doesnt support A2DP. I cant be bothered to kom the internet all day. Any recomendations? thanks.

If it does not have to be quad-band, you may consider N92 or N93. WirelessRush

Thanks. I never considered those before they look a bit bulky and i dont care too much for the video features but the screens and cameras on them look good. Im not worried about quadband as long as the thing works. I think i may buy an n91 and just put up with the small screen until that samsung phone comes out with an 8gb hdd. Or i'll just wait for something better.

Cingualr / AT&T uses 850Mhz banwidth in some small U.S. towns that is why I brought up the quad-band issue. Samsung is coming out with a few nice phones. I am waiting for Samsung D870 or e900. But I do not need the wifi option. WirelessRush

What do you mean? All dual-band US phones have 850. Quad band just means it has 2 additional band that are used overseas. So for reception in the US, dual-band will be just as good as tri/quad band.

Sorry if I misunderstood what you meant.

Typically a dual band GSM phone is 900/1800 and won't work in North America. A triband phone is typically 900/1800/1900 and will work on some networks here and a quand band phone is 850/900/1800/1900 and will work on all GSM networks around the world. Typically a dual band 850/1900 phone (there aren't many) are called American dual band or something along those lines.

I also think he was assuming you were buying the phone from overseas since the specs you listed were high end

Yeah...I'm confused as to what's been said & what hasen't, so just to clarify.

In the UK/Europe (& most rest of the world), the bands 900 & 1800 are used.

Whereas in the US/Canada we use 850 & 1900.

I think its awesome how all those numbers are very similar, makes it a bit confusing...

"Braindead5400" is correct. Since you are located in UK, a tri-band (900-1800-1900MHz) phone is what you need. WirelessRush

Im sure the band isn't an issue for me.

Anymore recomendations anyone?
