bitpim and lgvx 8100

before i go out and buy a data cable for the lg vx 8100,does anyone know wether im going to be able to make the speakers louder by editing a specific file.

i read somewhere that theres a file that tells the speaker how loud to play,is this
the case with this phone??any help apreciated

You asking for replies that fast at 11:30 pm? Give it atleast a day. go ahead and get your cable. Even if there isn't a file you can edit its still nice to have the cable

edit wmv file with a sound editor. Somewhere in the programs there is usually a volume change feature. I usually increase to about 175 to 200 percent for ringtone samples.

never heard of a way to edit the phone to make it play louder... pretty sure this is just dependent on 1. How loud the song file is, and this will be dependent on 2. What the speakers themselves can physically handle/put out without distortion or damaging themselves. In bitpim, when converting the song to the format for ringtones, you can alter how loud the song is, it depends, I've had to minus it before, but I've also had to multiply it by 8 to get a good sound/loud enough to hear ringtone.
