Ok i need some help with this sidekick 2 i bought. I wasnt told that the phone had already been registered so how can i clear it of the name that its registered under and how can i get past the register screen.

Call your carrier and say that you need to disconnect the device from the previous username. It cant be done on the device, it has to be done on the backend.
