Suggestion on new Phone

I currenly use a v710(verizon 4000 M/M) and a Blackberry 957(cingular data only). I would like to merge the devices.
The new blackberries do not have cameras and video capabilities and the calander and contact management is weak. But the e mail and battery life is the best. I can get an e mail in under 20 seconds without having to manually push it out.
The Treo is what I want (or the new Q) but the e mail through verizon takes 15 minutes! I can't believe that this is acceptible to people in this day of instant gratification.
Can someone help me find a soloution. I need to make a decision soon my 710 is dying.

You cant use bluetooth to bluetooth i know a guy on tmobile that could do that with his phone but i told him he couldnt with the v710 as its crippled.
