unbranding a cingular treo 650

i have been reading the posts about unbranding the treo 650 from cingular, but all of the links for the 1.21 beta are no working. what is it that i need to do to get this thing unbranded and get all of the junk off of it. are there any links that still work that i am just not finding.? thanks, John
