messaging wierdness

Lately I've noticed some wierd goings-on with my messaging. I can no longer click links to view the media- it just highlights the link & doesn't go to it. And some options are missing, there's no "go to" for the links or a "save" option to save msgs. I'm going batty trying to figure this one out & so far I'm stumped. Anyone have this problem or know how to fix it? I have firmware version 1.13a, and this problem started about a week ago & doesn't coincide with any program installations or anything. I want to avoid calling sprint tech support & waiting on hold for 45 minutes just to get transferred 3 times, cut off twice, & then end up figuring out the problem myself later.
