MediaNet and other connections disappeared...

I'm pretty sure that when I picked up my 8125, under connections, connections - I had various options (such as MediaNet and Work). Now, I only see "home". I can add a new modem connection to that, but how do I get the original connection entries back?

If it makes a difference, I have the 19.95 unlimited MediaNet plan. It shows up under "My Features" on my account on Cingular.com, so I assume it's still active (I added it when I bought the phone).
