Voicemail setup with V3

Hi, I had my voicemail setup perfectly to enter the password at the same time, and now it is gone.
Anyways I tried to access my Voicemail Setup thru my phone, but I don't have that option.
I go to Menu->Messages->Voicemail->Menu and now I should see a Voicemail setup option correct? Cause I dont have that option.

I tried programming my #1 key to dial my voicemail with a pause and password, but when I hold down the #1 key, it dials messages using the preprogrammed voicemail number (which is fine, but that one doesn't have the password added to it).

So all I am trying to do is access the voicemail no. option so that I can add my password to it, instead of having to keep punching it in.

Now my phone was previously setup like this, but somehow it got erased, or reverted back to this.

I have p2k and other programs, is there any way to add the Voicemail No. option again, or a seem edit or something I can do to regain control?

Thanks.

Quite possibly you had a "Re-Send to Switch" done on your account, this has caused your vociemail number stored on your SIM to be re-updated by the network. Note: on motos you cant SAVE a voicemail number with pauses or waits P's or W's but you can use a NON MOTO phone to save your password at the end of your voicemail, and stick your sim back into your moto and it WILL work.

How about Messages > (press menu) > voicemail setup?

unfortunately, i dont have a non moto phone accessible to me, to try that out.
and as for the messages-->menu, i dont have the voicemail setup option on my phone, no matter what menu i look at, and i have been in and out of each menu twice.

To answer my own question... don't know for sure, but the flash that the Rogers store did for me, apparently didnt have the Voicemail Options in the menu, it was reflashed with a newer file, and it is now there.

then take the sim out, put it in another phone, enter your voicemail number, and save it, then put it back into ur phone
