L6 cant access internet or send picture msgs

I have an L6 I got on ebay, I am currently using it with my cingular service......I had to seem edit the phone to make it quad band so it would work with my provider......the phone will not access the net and I cant send or receive picture msgs.......anyone help me here??

log onto your cingular account, on the left side under My Phone - click on Phone and Device Support - pick your phone type -L6 and follow the instructions!

And I Have T-mobile And I Cannot Send Or Receive Any Mms Message N I Cannot
Log In The Web. Any Suggestions What I Should Do??? I Also Receive A Message Instead Of The Original Voicemail Icon. N E 1 Can Help ?? Thankzzzz
