Sidekick trick

I was wondering how to change the color of the light on the back of the sidekick. My friend showed me that he can change the color from red to blue to green but he didnt show me exactly how. Any tricks will be appriciated.

From the jump screen-
Menu>
Settings>
System Info>
Menu+shift+D
This gets you into the diagnostic tests. Check the box nest to flash LED & watch in awe as the flash colors change.
