Which O2 Would You Get?

I can't decide on which O2 to get:

Q2 NEO
MINI S
or
DOPOD 818.

Which one would you get? Does anyone know the differences between these 3 O2's?

All 3 of them are same phones. Neo and 818 are identical and the minis has a slide out keyboard with 1.3MP camera and flash. But the minis only support mini SD cards. I have the qtek s200 which is the same as 818 or neo and love it a lot. I don't need the slide out keyboard becasue I have used pocket pc for 4-5 yrs now so I can write perfectly. but now that i have the s200, sometimes I wonder if I would like the minis more. Oh well, after all they r all the same pda.

I will get mini s, as matter of fact, I am getting one this week (they were out of stock last week)... Reason? keyboard!
