My phone refuses to dial a particular phone number.

I bought the Moto Razr last Friday. Yesterday, all of a sudden, it won't let me dial my boyfriend's phone number. Every other number in the phone works. I tried the speed dial, entering the number manually, everything. I can text him at that number just fine. He can call me and text me just fine. I get some canned provider message telling me that my call cannot be completed, and to dial 611 for assistance. (Which I did, and...well, they don't seem to be able to figure it out. Help!)

I had a similar problem years ago, it turned out to be the destination companies fault. To get that far took like 10 calls to my provider until someone that knew about it answered, keep trying I guess.

try ur sim card in a different phone, if it still does it, its the network
