Phone Problem with 8125

I bought the 8125 about two months ago and it had worked fine until last Sunday. Suddenly the reminder didn't work though I was still able to add and remove appointments. I thought that something wrong could be fixed with the restore of a backup done via spb backup I did a month ago. I restored the backup file and it rebooted. Then I noticed that problem got worse. I'm not able to even launch Calendar/Task/Contact. The worst thing is that I can't open the phone pad and make the call, and can't receive the call since there is no service. I tried hard reset, but it seems that it didn't work (I mean that my spb plus is still in today's plugin so that I would imagine that the hard reset somehow didn't work for me). Except those things, other applications are functioning properly, like word, etc. One more thing, after hard reset, my MS sync doesn't work either.
Here are my questions:
1. Why is the phone pad stuck? Any way to get the phone back to work?
2. Why are Contact/Calendar/Task not working? When I launch the task, it complains that there is no enough memory, but actually there are 20+ mega available.
3. Why does not the hard reset clear all installed programs like spb plus (I followed the instruction in the User Manuel, and I believe that something went wrong when I didn't the hard reset)?
Your help is high appreciated. The most important thing is to get my phone work again.
Thanks much,
Jensen
