Pink Razr hissing noise???

Hi I just got a 2nd hand razr off ebay, and i notice that there's a hissing noise? Are razrs known to have this problem? or is it my phone? Also, can sumone tell me how to shut off the "beep" noise when i push a button? I want it to be silent. Thx

^ thanks. It seems as though when I or other person talks in a low tone..its fine..but as soon as we raise the voice it starts to hiss...??

That is just the high frequencies it only shuts off when you shut off your phone screen it just means you can hear higher frequencies than normal not bad or anything
