You might want to check your connection settings. Make sure that it is set for Medianet. |

I set both the settings to "Medianet" but when I go into Internet Explorer, I try going to a website, and in the bottom left hand corner it says "Connecting..." but it never connects to the website? FYI, the website I'm trying to connect to is nba.com

Click Start > Settings > Connections > Connections In the MEdia Net section click on the "manage existing connections" It should be on Cingular GPRS with the number being wap.cingular If not make sure it is checked on that one. In the general tab make sure it says Media Net. If not then you need to make a new connection. In the enter a Name for Connection put Cingular GPRS Uder the Select Modem it needs to be Celluar Line (GPRS) The access point name: wap.cingular |

I don't belive AIM is supported for WM5. Try the lastest build of Agile messenger it uses AIM, Yahoo, MSN and others. It can be used with GPRS or WIFI so it doen't pull from the text messaging package.
