How do I remove "ALL" contacts from my 8125?

I just got the Cingular 8125, and at the time I got a new SIM card. I temporarily used my old razr sim card and even though I don't store my contacts on my sim card. The showed up on my new 8125?

What I want to do is remove all of these contacts and start with a fresh back up copy of my contacts that I saved from my razr. The file is a .csv file that I saved.

Also, how do I get my contacts to show up: FIRST NAME/LAST NAME?

I've got some in my phonebook that is last name, first name and some the other way around.

Change it on your PC and then sync while forcing the computer to overwrite the ppc. I dunno about the second part, all of mine are first name last name
