Need low-cost tri-band phone w/ good reception

I am looking for a low cost, small, tri-band phone with good reception that I can use when I go to Europe, India, and Singapore, also USA. From what I know tri-band is all I need to cover those countries...

Anyone have any suggestions on something that has:
(1) Good reception
(2) Low cost
(3) Small
(4) easy to read screen...

(I don't care if it is black and white, color, has a camera, video, etc. I don't need all the bells and whistles, just a small phone with good reception and has a screen that is readable. If a quad-band fits the bill then that works also).

go on ebay and buy a motorola (unlocked) v600, its a nice phone, it runs for about 150 brand new i think...its a quad band with bluetooth, its an older model but still blows alot of these new phones away, if you want something super cheap then maybe a moto v188, not the v180 because that had alot off issues...good luck

no prob, also on june 5th we will be releasing a new motorola i think its the v195, it will be a quadband with bluetooth as well and fairly cheap, just another suggestion....
