no power

alright guys i painted my kick and now when i put it back together i get no power no lights nuttin i checked to make sure the batterys in right and it is think from handleing the battery there is no charge in it frum the oils in my hands.... what do u guys think cuz theres really nothing that went wrong i took it apart nice and slow and back together the same way shud i jus try pluggin it in and c what happends?

itee plugged it in and its good jus had to give it that lil boost i guess cuz it was apartfrum the board so now i got a hot black sidekick and it works yay thanks to whomever made that dissasembly tut cuz it was to the t ill have pics shortly
