SD slot on Treo 650 Broken?

Just this morning, I found out that my SD card slot on my Treo 650 no longer worked. It wouldn't mount any of the cards that I had. Problem is my Treo is no longer under warranty (and even if it was, I voided it a few months ago by opening it up and fixing the stuck "P" key).

When I put the SD card in the Treo though, the screen turns on (like it used to) but doesn't mount the card. Putting it into the tricolor bootload screen with the SD card in the slot, it displays "SD"....so it does detect the card.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix it? I already did a complete reset which zeroed out the memory. It's a Cingular model running 1.17 firmware.
