Weird issue with my LG CU320...

All my incoming calls show a "1" in front of the number... This doesn't happen on my step-dad's Samsung X497 and it didn't happen to me with my old Samsung S307.
It's kind of annoying since I don't need to dial a 1 before any call on my cell phone. 
I also can not freaking believe that this phone doesn't have voice dial.

Why is this an issue..? That's just how it comes in from the other phone. I don't have to dial 1 either, but a lot of my incoming calls appear like +18775551234 or 1 877 555 1234 do.
