Guy doesn't have wonderful feedback and i would never do a pre-order on a phone... just to many things to go wrong. But it def looks fishy to me.

Ya, just pay him your money until the phone is released.....only company you can trust with pre-orders would be gamestop or EB, and even they blow at that.
