on friday in the afternoon my sk2 was acting up on me on the way home and when i got home i got this error message on the phone. Hardware problem please contact tmobile customer care or go to a tmobile store. Code net7. I can perfectly turn on my phone and use all function beside dialing and receiving calls this would cause the phone to crash/text/or get on aim. I have no connection to my provider either.

Contact customer service for a replacement phone.

NET7 is typically a radio failure, there's not a lot you can do to fix this. If you're under warranty, call your carrier and arrange a replacement.

OLD SKOOL ALERT: There are likely people who will tell you this is a software problem because a long time ago with the SK1 there was a software bug which manifested itself with the same NET7 error message. But on an SK2 this isn't an issue, it's broken hardware almost 100% of the time.
