No ringer ID for E815

For some reason all my contacts have "Ringer ID: None". Anyone know how to change all of them to having the ringtone that I have set? I tried changing the ringtone to a stock tone and my own tone, but all the contacts stay at no ringer ID, so I'm missing like all my calls... Thanks for the help in advance.

a contact that does not have a specific ringtone assigned to it usually show up as none. check to make sure under ring style details that you haven't set the phone to silent

If a contact is set to none, then the default (as defined by your selected audio style) ringtone will play.

Yea, ok, I didn't know the "none" would play the default because from what I remember, the phone used to have a ringer set to it before. Thanks a lot guys.
