Ring style auto switching???

How can I set a ring style for when the v3 is charging. If I have it set for any of the vibrate choices it switches to "Loud" when I plug in the charger. I am assuming that the phone doesn't want to vibrate when charging, & that's OK, but I would prefer it to switch to "soft" at night when it is charging.

OK, sorry. I finally entered the right search string to get the answer. Not the one I wanted, but the facts anyway. I can see why Mot would not want the phone to vibrate when plugged in, (probable so the plug doesn't vibrate loose), but we should have a choice of the ring style while charging.
