I travel internationally at least 3 times a year to Europe. Just looking for a budget RELIABLE phone. Not looking for the latest bells and whistles.

Please help.

Any quad band GSM phone would work. I recommend the Motorola SLVR L6 or the L2. Just make sure the phone is unlocked.

You could possibly think of the Nokia 6131... The prie is reasonable and the screen and camera is very good as well...
