Hello, I am having problems with the external display of my Motorola v635.

One day I turned it on and the external display didn't work anymore. It turns off and on when I open or close the phone, but it doesn't show the background neither time nor battery status, instead, it is completely blue.

Has anyone had this problem before? Any ideas?
