Deleting Locked Pictures/Sounds on KX5??

Does anybody know how to delete the locked pictures/sounds that are on the KX5.. Like the sounds you can use as ringers and the heart pictures and all the crap that is locked under pictures.. They are serving my no purpose and only make it harder for me to find certain things. Is there a way in PST that you can delete them??

Just bringing this to the top for some ideas. Also, is there anything else you can do in PST besides the games and video time.. Id like to completly mod my phone for my purpose and wondered what else "hacking" i could do.
