Can you edit the database where the contacts are stored? I don't feel like punching em all in my phone when I can just type em in.

Motorola Phone Tools will let you export the contacts list to the computer, there you can edit it all you want and then re-sync them.

I'm using a v360 and it supports SyncML... I use a service called Mobical.net and sync my phone between that and my Outlook (Outlook sync needs an add-on called SyncJe which costs about $30.00). This sort of setup keeps all my info updated (outlook to mobical is automatic and v360 to mobical is manual) at all times.
If I enter an appointment into my phone and sync, it updates it on the Mobical server. My outlook checks the mobical server every 15 minutes and updates itself from that. Pretty nice setup, if your phone supports SyncML. My v360 is a T-Mo so I had to seem edit to enable the sync option (shows up under the connection menu). Mobical is a free service, so you can do it for free from phone to mobical and use mobical's website to enter info. I'm a fan of this setup
now if only I can get my v360 to sync on schedule
