Please help: Cingular SLVR L7 Webaccess problems

I just purchased an unlocked L7 and I am not able to connect to the browser. I have tried so many different settings in the web session part, i tried bengal, fido, and the cingular website one. None are working, can anyone please help me get this working?
The weird thing is me and my bro are under the same service/plan but he has a different motorola phone and his works on the browser, but I entered the same info on his phone onto mine and it stil doesn't work.

log onto your cingular account, on the left side under My Phone - click on Phone and Device Support - pick your phone type –L7 and follow the instructions!
