SLVR Movies playback problem

I have an unlocked SLVR that I use with the T-MOBILE provider. I got the 1gb memory card so I can watch movies on my phone and after I convert the movies to 3gp and put it on my phone, durring playback I notice that the audio plays at normal speed but the video drags along. Does anyone know how to fix this if thats possible?
