8125:Cant transfer pictures to PC

When i first got my 8125 i was able to drag and drop pictures from the phones memory to my pc without a problem. I tried to transfer some new pictures and when i do nothing happens, i drag and drop and thats it. The pictures dont switch over. Ive tried redownloading activesync and using diff versions and nothing has worked.
