Help!! Replacing z800i's face plate and housing

I am planing to replace new face plate and housing for my z800i. But i dont know how to dismantle my z800i.. dunno where to start .. I had searched all the threads, but i couldnt find any thing about replacing new face plate. .. Can anyone please help me out? or does any of you guys know where i can find the instruction ?? thank you so much.!!
