help - i poured water into my p910 while it was upside down and the water went into the charging connectors. I have removed the Memory Stick, Battery, Battery Case, Sim Card and would like to know what to do next. Any advice? and as fast as possible? that would be greatly appreciated.

Ok, Following things you should do...

1. Get a soft towel and start cleaning

2. Maybe get a blowdryer and dry the inside of the phone where the battery was

3. Make sure theres no water in the screen

4. Pray it turns back on

do you have insurance?

I wouldn't try to turn it on for a couple days - at least. You have to make sure everything is completely dry in order to give it a try. Usually with electronics, you only get one chance to turn it on and if it's not dry, you will short out something and then you've got no chance of fixing it yourself...
Let us know how you make out.....Good Luck though, your gonna need it!!!

was it a lot of water or just a bit? and what kind of water was it? was it mineral water?
mineral deposits are very bad for circuits. if it was a lot of water, it might have to be emersed in alcohol to dissolve them.

^ Distilled water would've been the best! ;-)

If I were you, this is what I'd do:
- Have a back-up phone handy for a few days.
- IF you have an SE tool, remove the main chassis torx screws on the bottom and central regions. Leave the top ones in, although loosening them would be beneficial. Then shim the bottom open with something small and soft, just enough for a tiny gap. (If you don't have an SE tool, no biggie I'm guessing, but it'll surely take longer to effectively dry.)
- Stick the phone in front of a small fan on low speed. Ideally, you could do this in a closet where you also placed a dehumidifier on its maximum setting. That way the air would be dryest. If you have the chassis shimmed open, then aim the open end toward the fan and wait a day or two. Not shimmed, wait three or four days.

That's all I've got... although immersing the phone into a canister of silica gel beads DiD enter my mind. :-P

All joking aside, best of luck... and in any case, get rid of your phone and buy the M600i!

Distilled water would've been the best (type of water to have spilled into your phone as far as lack of minerals is concerned)!
