Can someone please help me with my T-Mobile razr V3

Hi guys, I just got the V3 for my brithday and the first problem I got was my text messages stopped working...I called T-Mobile and they couldnt solve (they said it was because to towers were out near my location)

Well i ended up turning the GPRS off and now my text messages work

. But the problem is that my IM doesnt work and neither does my MMS , I cant send EMAILSSSS...its so frustrating

....the worst part is that my mom cant call my cell phone from the house.

Does anyone know the Setups for email,mms,im,and anything else that i might have to fix so that i can get the best out of the phone

...if so...thanx...I bugged everyone forever so that i could get the razr and i really dont want to have to take it back...

First, try sending OTA updates to your phone ...

Well about the reps...they dont help alot but heyyyy... I went around the forums and I found the fix for everything EXCEPT my IM!!!!!! Its not AIM but IM and I really really really need to how to set it up....I already signed up for yamigo...now I just need the set-up ....so if anyone knows how to do this...please helpppppp
