I spun open my w600i the other day and I think it caught on something because the thing came completely off the swivel base, as in screws broke and whatnot. Before this happened the the faceplate was loose and shakey, if anyone knows how to fix this so I don't have to call SE I would extremely thankful.

WOW man that relaly sucks...soory to hear that.. but anyway try to post that question in the main forum of SE ... more people go over there then in this sectoin.
