The GSM radio on my phone appears to have completely died. I get no signal anywhere. I spent almost an hour on the phone with customer support who ended up telling me to figure out if my SIM card is the problem, or the phone itself.

Has anyone experienced this problem?

I had this happen yesterday around lunch time. I had been using the phone all morning and went to call home at lunch and no signal. None for the rest of the day. I came home (live in the country) and drove back into town where I should have had full strength....nothing.

I put my SIM card in my old Treo 650 and had full signal.

After working with it until 1:30 this morning, hard resetting it FOUR TIMES, taking the SIM card in and out multiple times, it just started working again.

Strange!!!!!!

Mine actually hasn't been working for 2 days, but I just today got around to taking care of it. Customer care had me go to a Cingular store to check out the SIM card. Well when I got there the freaking phone worked. I still had them replace the card though. Now I've got my full signal again, who knows what was wrong...
