I want to update the firmware, what would you guys recommend as a compatible one?

Nokia's firmware files aren't freely available like Motorola's or BenQ-Siemens' firmware files. Secondly, if you have the equipment (flash box/flash cable) you need to get the files from Nokia since Nokia hasn't publically released them.

Where do you type the numbers? Every time I do it and hit send, it says "unable to process request"
