I have a Nokia 6103, and I can't figure out how to create a theme, so I figured it would be easier to buy one.

This is the theme that I want it to be based on, but I want this image as the background

-I would like the operator text to say: "waka waka" in the middle of the phone
-I would prefer the soft keys to be white text, and the majority of the text to be white
