Help with v3!

So I installed P2k tools on my win 98 PC, but my phone never connects to p2k tools. I downloaded the drivers need for the install to work. I extract the files to windonw---->drivers and save them there! When i insall the drivers i get a USBMOT2000.CAT cannot be found and it doesn't allow me to properly install the drivers...What can i do..
