Help with MPT Multimedia Studio

prolly a simple question, but when im in MPT multimedia studio, i am trying to transfer ringtones but the copy to phone button is disabled. how can i enable it and why is it disabled.

i thought that was only for razr v3c??

also, when in melody studio, when i click on transfer to phone it says "unable to communicate with the mobile phone" and in transfer studio, i cant access any of the phones data/folders. it wont let me click on "my music" or any folder on the phone section.

now when im in mobile phone tools, it wont let me click on multimedia studio. the icon is enabled but when i click it nothing happens.

sounds like you phone is not connected properly. Try and set it up again.
