Just wondering if anyone would know why videos wont play on the A1200 if anyone knows what "Media parameter exceeds allowed limit" means

i think the limit is 12 fps if its recorded over that it will error....B

it can do up to 25 frames, but if your going to decode at 320x240 you should reduce the frames to 15.
