I know this has probably been discussed before but I'm new here so please excuse my ignorance. I have a cdm8940 and I am having a problem with the pics and videos. I have transfered all the pics and videos to my laptop via the mini sd card. That was no problem. The problem is none of the programs I have or can find will open them. What software do I need to open the pics and vids????

So read the stickys? Anyways....you can't open anything off of the SD card except for the mp3's you put on it....the files are encrypted. Get a data cable to transfer your pics and vids to your computer.
