I need below things...

a software for work by SLVR L7 without simcard.
a software for capture with SLVR L7 unlimited. (mor than 30 seconds)
a software for record sounds with SLVR L7.
a software for change SLVR L7 language to persian.
a software for change SLVR L7 Skin to WIndows Skin.

Please as far as possible upper softwares were free and with step by step guide to installation; because i am a new user and green!

Your best bet is to search the forum and look around. Otherwise put your flame suit on :P. As for software to work your L7 without a simcard, you need to find a dummy simcard or a test card.

Apparently, you also need Hooked On Phonics.

Try SEARCHING and reading. Repeat the process several times. For several weeks. All your questions have already been answered. No one is going to spoon-feed you, n00b.

Oh, and there is no "a software for work by SLVR L7 without simcard".
