Having trouble connecting V3 razr

Hey guys just need a little help connecting my V3 to my laptop for internet access. I got it to connect throug bluetooth,but unable to surf..i get page can not be display..dont know if it as to do with settings on phone or what. I have tmobile service using unlock v3 from cingular..I'm able to connect to t-zones thur the phone with no problem....any help would be apprecited.
