iDEN Phonbook to Phone Tools?

I'm switching from a Nextel iDEN phone to the Razor V3c. I used the iDEN Phonebook Manager to save my phonebook to a file on my computer. When I receive my V3c and the Phone Tools software, what will be the easiest way for me to get my phonebook on the new phone?
