No sound from my Sharp 902

my sharp 902 has no sound now. it was working b4 now no sound. i transfered an mp3 song and when playing it no sound came and when i went back to menu there was no sounds when the keys pressed even no sound when i made a calll aaahhhhh
what to do????

no sounds whatsoever? no keypad tones.. no nothing? try a master reset.. see if that helps. if it doesn't.. reflash it.. if that doesn't.. return the phone
