I am interested in going exclusive cingular. Do you know the name of any Master Dealers? ie DCW. QDI? any info is greatly apreciated. thanx!

Cingular has made it that all cingular dealer must be cingular exclusive and have cut commissions drastically, good luck, why would you want to sell for a company who wants to put you out of business? Cingular is the worst company to do business with, they are always looking for a way to cut your commissions and then you have the "co-sell" if you sell into an account that already has a contract with Cingular, you will make $20 per activation, good luck. They are the worst.

that is not true you do not have to be CINGULAR EXCLUSIVE it depends on your market i just opened a nextel cingular store in october and one opened down the road 4 weeks ago with every carrier so it depends on your market. I heard car toys actually has increased commision to bad once you pick a master your stuck with them.!!!

How does one find large Master Agents? Looking for Master Agents across the country for all the different Carriers. Any help greatly appreciated.

We are a master agent in the Philly Market, as well as quite a few others and in every market we are located, Cingular is requiring exclusivity. It is VERY hard to even get exclusives approved right now. You basically need to be doing 75+ acts just to be considered.
